having a tasting for a wedding fair. it is orzo pasta with pancetta and asparagus rounds with a lemon caper vinaigrette. my question is: we are using 1 oz serving cups since it is a tasting. how much orzo to feed 300 tasters? |

This is just about 2 tablespoons cooked per person, which is 1 tablespoon uncooked.so. looking at 300 tablespoons, rounding up, 20 cups or 5 quarts dry orzo. |
