I have a tater tot casserole with eggs, milk and cheese and normally bakes in 9x13 pan for 45 min approx. I want to serve this for grad party of 100 people. How would you suggest to do this? Would an electric roaster work? |

You need at least 2 roasters. 3 if you want the tinner layers, not so wet in the middle. Othetr than that, yes, it will work. See the cheesy potato recipe at the bottom of the festive family brunch. Preheat the roaster. Dust the cooking pan with no-stick spray and Parmesan cheese. |
