I am serving lunch for 60 men. We will be having veg beef soup and chicken noodle soup, followed by platters of cold cuts, a selection of buns, variety of sandwich toppings. For dessert we will have homemade cookies and fresh fruit. My concern is how many pounds of cold cuts to purchase (ham, turkey, beef and chicken). |

See the sandwich page, do 2/3 the amounts for 100. If it were all men and no soup, I would say 3/4 but the soup will decrease the sandwich need. |
