I'm doing a taco bar for about 45 people. I found your taco bar for 100 page, which gives me great guidelines for mostly everything i need, but i dont see a quantity for shredded lettuce. (i'm not sure if i'm just missing it or???)
How much would you recommend? |

Oops. 1 ounce per person if there are other salads, double if none. |
