I am trying to find receipes for finger foods to serve at a wedding reception for 125 or so. I need to prepare ahead and freeze some items. what would freeze well for about 5 or less weeks? HELP need ideas and recipes |

Rollups and some tea sandwiches can be made ahead and frozen. All kinds of cookies and bars. Many tarts and mini quiches. See any of the OAMC/ freezer cooking sites for lots of make ahead bites and bits. |
