Reheating casseroles

How do we safely reheat 50 serves each of beef and chicken casseroles in large baking pans. Only have 2 ovens and 3 hotplates at our hall.

Preheat the ovens, 350-375.

Cover tightly.

Bake 1/2-1 hour, check temp in the middle, should be 165-180. Leave at 375 until it reaches this temp (might take 1 1/2 hours if direct from fridge). Turn to 180 to hold. May safely hold 2 hours in the oven.

So start early and leave wiggle room.
