I am having a grad party for 100. Family are big eaters. Menu is hot roast beef sandwiches, chicken francaisse, green beans, pasta primavera and salad. I know that the rule of thumb for pasta as a side dish is 2.5 ounces, but primavera is very heavy. So how many boxes of pasta should I make? |

For 100 heavy eaters, no other starches, I would make at least 18 pounds of pasta. |
