I am planning a graduation for my son with a reception to follow (we homeschool). We are expecting around 50 guest. It will be from 2-4 on a Sat. I plan to serve fingerfoods. How many varieties do I need and how much of each? Thanks

This looks fine.

Use the fruit tray and veg tray pages for:
Veg.Tray
Fruit Tray

Cheeseball w/ crackers 8 pounds cheese, 4 pounds crackers
Chicken salad served on halfed croissants- use tiny rolls, works better and easier to do, 1/4 cup per person, 2 little rolls

Chicken Tenders-2 per person all gone
Meatballs- 1 pound per 5

spinach dip
Rotel dip
1/4 cup each dip, 1 1/2 ounces chips per person

Dev.Eggs-about 3 dozen eggs
Mints
Candy
Nuts
3 pounds each

Cake- whole sheet cake or 2 layer 1/2 sheet cake makes 50
