We are having shredded turkey sandwiches for my son's 1st birthday. We have 35 adults and 6 children attending. We are also having baked beans, oriental salad, fruit salad, pasta salad, chips, pickles and black olives. Will a 15 lb turkey give me enough meat? I will be adding broth, celery, onions and seasoning to the meat. Please let me know. Thanks, Abbie |

This will give you 4 quarts of solid meat if picked clean. OK if good thick sauce/gravy, but probably none left. |
