Thank you so much for your help. Have one more question. I am preparing to types of saLADS FOR AN EVENT OF 300. oNE Greek sakad and one House salad. Do you think I should split the serving amts. down to 150 each since there will be two salads? |

No. Do at least 200 Greek and about 125 tossed- people eat more when there is a choice. |
