Hi Ellen, I'm doing a wedding reception for my son's wedding in September. We will be doing an Italian style buffet dinner. I decided to serve meatballs. Italian sausage w/ peppers n onions, plain spaghetti sauce, spaghetti,zit,stuff shells, toss salad, and french bread. We will also have fruit, cheese and crackers,and bruschetta for appetizers. How much pasta How much of each should I get to make sure I have enough food? BTW, wedding cake and cheesecake is dessert. Thanks |
