I am planning cold meat sandwiches, potatoe salad, pasta salad, and macaroni salad for 200 people how much lunch meat, bread, and how much of each salad should I get.

Sandwiches, follow the guide on the sandwich page. It also lists condiments/spreads needed.

Salads, 4 gallons potato per 100 plus 6 pounds dry pasta total for the 2 pasta salads.
