Taco nacho bar

05/02/12 		Hi I am doing a taco nacho bar for about 70 people. I saw your baked potato bar but I need help with how much shredded lettuce/heads, nacho cheese sauce, and bags of chips for nachos.
This is what I figured for 70 people using the baked potato bar. Is this enough or to much.

ground beef-8 lbs
chicken- 8 lbs
tomatoes- 5 lbs
shredded cheese- 6 lbs
sour cream- 6 cups
pico de gallo- 4 lbs
guacomole- 15 lbs
taco sauce- thinking of just buying 10lb can

any suggestions you can give me would be worderful. thanks

05/02/12 		Above looks OK, nice guac. You need 2 ounces of chips and 1/3 cup nacho sauce per person. You need your taco shells. Most people also have sliced jalapenos.
