My school teacher daughter has enlisted me in a Nachos for 200 fundraiser...yikes, I don't know where to start (recipe/quantities) all help will be appreciated! |

Not hard.For a fairly large serving, 2 ounces chips. 1 ounce is one of those little lunchbox size bags of Fritos, for comparison. If it is for little kids, 1 ounce is OK. 1/3 cup sauce is generous. 1 gallon jalapenos per 100. Other toppings wanted? Beans? Sour cream? See the taco/potato bar page. |
