05/07/12 		Hi we have 30 adults and 10 kids. We are serving Italian beef sliced for sandwiches and fried chicken. We are also serving baked ziti, au gratin potatoes, garden salad, dinner rolls and buns for the Italian beef how much of each item do we need to feed everyone. Thank you for your help!!!!

Italian beef sliced for sandwiches- 1 pound raw boneless per 3
fried chicken- 1 piece per person

baked ziti, 3 pounds dry
au gratin potatoes, 10 pounds potates
garden salad, see plan for 100 page
dinner rolls and buns- about 6 pounds total have butter
