shrimp boil for 60 people...how many lbs of shrimp will i need to buy & how much sasuage,potatoes & corn for it too? |

This is a deluxe meal. 1/2 pound shrimp minimum, 1/3 pound sausage per person, 25 pounds potatoes, 1 ear corn per person plus 10%. Doesn't hurt to have some nice bbq or roasted chicken around- 1 piece per person- cuts down on the shrimp greed. |
