i am having a brunch for my bus drivers and wish to make a hearty egg casserole it contains eggs/southern potatoes etc.. i am using a 20 x 12 tin. it will take 2 reciepts to fill the pan properly. and two of these tins can fit in the oven.
the orginal cook time is 45 mn. |

About an hour, if made fresh, 1 1/4 if cold from the fridge. Preheat oven 20 minutes. |
