My daughter has decided to have whoopie pies instead of cake at her wedding. I am making five different flavored approximately 2" whoopie pies. How many would I need for 150 people?? Also, is there a difference in the quality of the whoopie pies if they are frozen for six weeks vs. three weeks??? THANKS! |

Yes on the freezing- try t , you will see. Because of the different flavors and the size, people may eat as many as 3 each. |

We are having a dessert reception for 150 people. along with fruit and cheese. How much punch,coffee,fruit,cheese,desserts? |

Look at the dessert planning page and the beverage planning page, make an estimate and post it, and I will be glad to check for you. Fruit is on the fruit tray page. Cheese, 16 pounds per 100, some can be logs and spreads. |
