I am having an ecomical wedding for about 92 guests. I would like to know exactly how much potatoe salad and colesalw i need to serve 92 guest as well as, I am having icetea and lemonade how many gallons would i need for the 92 guest and i am also having 2 carving sations that serve 50-60 at one and 40-50 at another will this be enough? |

Samone, use the amounts for 100 and cut 10%. I can't say about the stations as you don't say what meats, some are much more popular that others, and people tend to eat more, and some of each, when there are 2 choices. |
