I am planning an open house for daughter's graduation from high school. There will be about 200 people that we will need to feed. The menu consist of whole cut up chicken, pasta with manaria sauce and alfredo, tossed salad, and of course cake. I have the calculations for the chicken says about 100 lbs. and 20 lbs of pasta, but looking for how much salad to serve. I would like this in pounds not gallons, and lettuce does not come in gallon form. Thank you very much |
