having a graduation party for 150. menu consist of chicken (100 pieces), penne in tomato sause (8 lbs),meat balls (100),green beans (1 roaster), salad ? how much. we are also having cookies and cake, but that is under control. does this all sound like enough food? thanks |

Juanita, that is enough food for only about 100. You need to increase at least 50%. Salad, see the plan for 100 page. |
