Grad party planning 100

05/08/12 		Planning for 100 making finger sandwiches. The buns can be cut up into 3 nice slices, how much meat do I buy? The concences is a pound for 3 people, how do I figure this?

05/09/12 		Finger sandwiches, 1 pound makes 10 buns easily. I would do at least 2 buns per person.
