greek salad- recipe for 100 on this site, do twice
garden saladdo just 6-7 pounds
hummus with pita bread - 1/4 cup plus 1/2 pits per person
pasta with white creamy sauce 8 pounds dry per 100, about 1 quart sauce per pound
red baked potatoes- don't like red potatoes baked, do small yukon gold, 1 small per person.
