im interested in making chicken tenders on a stick, i also have kofta kabob and many side dishes there is going to be atleast 150 kids and about 50 to 75 adults how many pounds of chicken tender do i need? |

You do about twice as much beef as chicken for American crowds, and you would do about 40 pounds raw boneless chicken. |
