First off, thank you so much for this site!! this has really helped. this is now the3 3rd wedding we are doing, and with different food choices at each one, it's been difficult to determine the correct amount of different dishes. My question- How many 9" cheesecakes would be needed for a wedding of 175? we were thinking 16. We recently did a reception for 100, and had 9 cheesecakes, and we had about 2 whole ones left over. I guess some people dont like cheesecake!? |

I allow 22 pounds of cheesecake per 100 if it is the only dessert. If buffet, I do 1/2 size slices, as people like to try more than one flavor. If these are paid events, consider donating 1% to support the cost of the site. |
