Hello. We all the mom's are doing the party and food. one mom is doing sloppy J's. wondering how much meat for around 200 people? one of the other mom's is bringing pizza's for the kids... I am making potato salad and am wondering about how many pounds. We also are asking the adults to o bring a dish to pass. Thank you for your time! Helen |

For 200, 9 gallons potato salad, which is about 80 pounds raw potatoes. See the sloppy joe recipe for 100 on this site for help on the sandwich amounts. Suggest you add slaw or beans, or both, 3 gallons per 100. Lots of desserts- May they come home safe. |
