I have to organize a quick easy BBQ for 63 Guest. I don't know how much carne asada to buy or how many corn tortillas to buy? I tried to look at the taco bar pages but no clue? |

Carne Asada is just stew; 2/3 cup per person if there is also rice and beans. 3-4 tortillas per person (3 is usually enough) Butter. Chopped lettuce salad. |
