HELP!! I have to cook dinner tonight for about 60 people. The blessing is, we are reheating leftover food from our Mother/Daughter Banquet. These are large pans of food that have been in the freezer and were not set out to be thawed this morning. After reading you tip page my assumption is to just go ahead and cook it for about 3-4 hours now frozen, then doctor it up once it is warmed up some. Here is what I have, all of these are full chafer style pans: Chicken Casserole Ham Slices Instant Mashed potatoes (prepared) Mac and Cheese
My plan is to see how the mashed potatoes do after being reheated and doctor those up, as well as adding milk to the mac and cheese. |
