I am serving graduation brunch on Sunday. I have purchased nancy's petit quiche for an appetizer. I plan to bake them per instructions and am wondering if I would be able to then keep them warm in a roaster oven. Will the crust get soggy? What temp would I keep them on? Keep the lid off to prevent moisture? |

They don't hold too well heated, and can be served room temp. which is what I would do. |
