1/4 c. orange juice concentrate
1 tsp. salt

Hello, Could you please help me with the ingredient shopping list for this recipe and how many ingredients to mix per 100 serv. My total guest count will be 300. Many thanks!

12 lbs baby carrots or slices -- cooked
In a large pot, combine the first 5 ingredients, bring to a boil over
medium heat. Boil for 5 min. stirring occassionally. Place carrots in
2 9 x 13 baking pans; pour mixture over carrots. Bake uncovered
in 350 deg. oven for 30 - 40 min. until heated through.
