how do I reheat twice baked potatoes in an electric roaster over? I will have 35 twice baked potatoes -- I do have two electric roaster ovens that I can use. thanks. |

These are a great choice very popular and I wonder why not more used. Preheat the roasters to 350 degrees. Bake 20 minutes for half shells, about 30 for full potatoes- people make them both ways. Add 10-15 minutes if they are fresh out of the refrigerator. Hold at 180. |

I need to reheat 150 twice baked potatoes for a church dinner. How many can I put in the electric roasters and for how long? Do they need any special attention to keep the bottoms from burning? |

Put the rack in the bottom, and definitely preheat. A single layer is best, so it depends on the size of the potatoes, make a layer on a rack and decide. |
