Assorted Bagels (cut in half) 7 dozen- hope you mean split, not split and then cut in half Blueberry Crumb Cake (not sure how many to make)- everyone loves this, if you make 8x8 pans, make 10 pans, if 9x13, make 6 Assorted Mini Muffins (Not sure how many to make)- 1 of each flavor per person Fresh fruit salad (I have 4 pineapples, 1 large watermelon, 10 kiwi, 1 large honeydew, strawberries) Do fruit trays, easier top make eat and serve, hold better; add 1 pound grapes per 6-8 120 1oz cups of cream cheese-OK 120 pats of butter- 3 pounds 200 assorted jellies- OK
See breakfast coffee on the beverage planning page for help with this: Cosider adding string cheese (about 40 pieces) for proteins, maybe 2 dozen hard boiled eggs If this saves you some time, trouble, or money, consider a donation to support this site. |

The difficulty here is the sizes of the items are large, but people want to try several, and cutting them looks so chintzy... How about 2 loaves banana bread, 1 each raspberry, and and assortment of donut holes in cinnamon, glazed and chocolate? Melons, cut up, 1 smallish watermelon, 2-3 cantaloups 2 honeydews. |
