I am having a grduation party for approx. 40 people. This is what I was planning on having. Do you think this will be enough?

40 Roast Beef Sandwiches
40 checken and lobster salad sliders
4-6 calzones
Caesar salad in mini pita pockets
fruit salad
pasta salad

In addition, I will have cheese and crackers, chips and dip, mini hot dog apps. crabmeat crabbies.

Thanks for you advice.

This is plenty. I would do fruit trays instead of fruit salad, prettier, easier to store and eat, hold better and the leftovers are more usable. I would not put the salad in pitas- put those with the dips.

By fruit trays do you mean putting the fruit on skewers which I have done in the past. If I did skewers, how many would you make

Not even skewers, just slices and pieces and toothpicks- cut the grapes into tiny bunches of 3 to 4-

I'm hosting a high school graduation party with 40 people attending (mostly adults). This is what I'm planning on serving. I'd like to know if this is enough food and any advise/suggestions you might have on menu choices:

16 lbs potato salad or 10 lbs cole slaw
10 lbs baked zita
8 lb Spiral ham
tossed green salad
fruit salad

cheese & cracker tray
olive, pickle, raw veggies w/dip tray
chips & nuts

What quantity of beverages should I have:
soft drinks
water
beer
wine

I would do coleslaw with this menu; the ziti should be 5-6 pounds dry; about 14 pounds ham; and for beverages see the beverage planning page, it discusses all the choices.
