This is an amazing site! I am hosting a Father's Day brunch for about 300, and part of what I will be cooking is scrambled eggs with sausage (brown and serve) and shredded cheese. I'm trying to figure out how much I need of each...Any help would be appreciated...

Jennie, thanks, the info you need is on the breakfast planning page. The cheese is about 7 pounds shredded per 100.
