I am needing to feed 200 people for a graduation party. We will have Tacos (crispy and soft) Taco Salad, Red beans and rice, bean and cheese burritos, salsa and chips. I am not sure how much of each will be needed or how much to buy. Can anyobne be o help ? |

I would do the taco bar for 150, adding 20 pounds chopped lettuce and 20 pounds taco chips plus at least 3 gallons salsa so they can make tacos or salads; 200 large burritos cut in half, 18 pounds dry rice, and black beans or pintos instead of red beans, about 16 pounds dry. |
