Hi ellen....my question is about how much ham to serve to around 200 people? I have a pretty good variety of things: I have 400 mini egg casserolle, 4 full pans cheesy potatoes, biscuits and gravy 300 biscuits, a yogurt a parfait bar with fruit, other fruit Iwatermelon, cantelope,bananas, blueberries, strawberries, and 225 doughnuts. Want to serve sliced ham...but not sure kind or quanity? Thanks for your help. |

For breakfast, 1 pound ready to eat per 8 if you have someone serve it, about 10% more if it is self serve. Nice breakfast, you will have some left. |
