hello, im catering for 50 people and one of the meat choices they asked for was roast beef, im also making meat balls with gravy roasted chicken rice steamed vegetables and salad. im not exactly sure how to calculate how much roast i need and whats the best kind of meat i should be using also its going to be sliced. thank you |

There are a lot of choices for roast beef; in my family when you say roast beef, you mean rare prime rib, so I was astonished to learn from friends in Mississippi that Sunday roast beef was a pot-roasted chuck or rump. Go back to the couple and find out what they expect. |
