I'm in charge of appetizers for about 60 people during a one hour "meet and greet" before a substantial roast beef dinner. Must have cold appetizers as ovens will be in use. What would be best, and how much. Thanks |

Budget? Facilities? You need about 8 "bites" per person; at a minimum, cheese and crackers, fruit trays and 1-2 good dips or spreads. |
