Memorial service for 35 to 40 people. at 11:00 AM

06/12/12 		serving coffee and muffins, Lg cookies,(about 20_) brownie sbits, we've got
12 muffins assort., 15 brownie squares, 24 brownie bits, 30 slices pound cake, veggie tray w/dip, cheese tray w/ crackers. no cooking and people will be stopping to pay respects and just grabbing something quick to eat. We will have the church room for about 2 hrs or so,. Can you make any other suggestion for food, and what quantity will we need.

cheese tray w/ crackers. at least 3 pounds cheese, some can be spreads or logs, 3 pounds crackers

I would probably add a simple fruit tray, see the fruit tray page
