I need to make Spanish Rice for 300 people for a fundraiser. Rice isn't my specialty. I have no idea how much or the best method to use. Any help is appreciated! |

Use any of the recipes for Spanish or Mexican rice for 100 on this site, do 3 batches, easiest to do oven-baked method- see the recipe box for discussion of this technique. |
