ellen 06/14/12	All these are on the plan for 100 page, you would do 1 1/2 times the amounts: Potato Salad Pasta Salad Beans Fresh Fruit Potato Chips For the sandwiches, 45 pounds ready to serve pork with 180 large rolls 120 hot dogs, but only start 1/2 until you see how they are going. I usually get bun size Polish sausage or kielbasa- tastier and not too much more expensive. Sandwich condiments for 100, see the sandwich page.
