How long would it take to cook 200 chicken breasts in 3 roasters and how many breasts per roaster ? |

Preston, you can cook at most 20 pounds in a roaster, and that is with stewy type dish. What are you cooking? |

Looking to cook a smaller portion of boneless chicken breasts, Less then 10 lb. plain simple roasted chicken and veggies for a simple diabetic meal. Watching the carbs. of course! |

That is perfectly fine in the roaster, it helps them not get so dry. Same temp as the regular oven, cooks a little faster. Make sure they are completely thawed in the refrigerator. Preheat the roast 20 minutes before adding the meat. |
