Ruana, may I suggest Polish sausage or kielbabsa, instead, unless the birthday boy loves hot dogs? They are much tastier for adults, and not much more expensive. Allow 2 per adult and 3 per teen, condiments are on the sandwich page. I would have hot dog chili (1/4 cup per person), slaw (1 1/2 gallons) and sauerkraut (1 cup per 6) as well as the rest. Have some heavy sides- potato or pasta salad, beans, dips with the chips, etc. |
