Backyard college graduation party for 50 to 60. Making lg antipasto pasta salad, tossed salad, coleslaw, baked beans, pulled pork sandwiches, meatball subs. Several apps first. Beer, wine, sangria, soda. Cookies, bars, cupcakes for dessert. Enough? Pulled pork ordered 15 lbs, Meatballs 120 lg |

Looks good, you would do better to split the meatballs if they are large and you intend them for sandwiches, and you probably will use up all the pork. |
