I need to fix chicken bbq meat for sandwiches for around 80 people. How many 10 lb. bags of leg quarters would you suggest I buy to boil to have enough meat? I am also serving about 2 dozen pineapple cheese spread and cucumber spread. These will all be on the small buns,like White Castle buns. |

You need about 20 pounds of meat which is about 40 pounds bone in chicken. |
