I need to plan nachos for 125-150 people. We are using canned nacho cheese sauce and tortilla chips but I need to know how many to buy. Also we want to have the following toppings, jalapeno, olives, chopped green onions and tomatoes, sour cream and taco meat. |

The toppings are the same as the taco bar- 2 gallons sliced jalapenos if popular in your area. 1 pound chips per 5-6. At least 6 #10 can cheese sauce; I would get 8 and take back what is not opened. |
