I have a electric ceramic cook top and have a terrible time getting anything to truly simmer without boiling. Can I use a diffuser on the cooktop and if yes, is there a specific one I need to purchase. Thanks. |

No, unfortunately none of these tops work correctly with a diffuser. You might try a thicker, non-aluminum pot. |
