Helping with a coed bridal shower. This is the menu. 3 tier blt tea sandwiches 3 tier ham and Swiss Roast beef pinwheels Cucumber tea sandwhich Tomato tea sandwiches Chicken salad and smoked salmon spread for crackers and party bread Veggie tray Veggie orzo salad Fruit tray Desserts I know this is a very wide assortment, but the mom wants to please everyone;) I'm having a hard time figuring how much of everything she needs. Thanks for your help. Sorry I had posted 2 separate things because I forgot to include the time. Also it will be a buffet |
