Ellen I need help with quantity. Menu Here is my menu. How much ham do I need to buy. I ordered 15 lbs fresh polish sausage.

Egg salad with croissants 1/3 cup per person, 2 mini croissants (much nicer than large ones cut in half) Fruit tray- see fruit tray page Veggie tray- see veggie tray page, but do consider the classic relish tray instead Spiral Ham- 1 pound per 5/6 Polish - 22 pounds Flat bread pizzas - 3 kinds - 2 pieces per person |
