Party for 120 outside. What is best way to keep cole slaw and potato salad fresh while being served? Food to be served for 2 hours. |

Put in bowls over bowls of ice, or use chafing dishes with ice in the steam pan. Put out only one hour at a time- keep the rest cold- don't mix the stadnding leftovers with the new fill- |
